Hospitality Project Licensing

Service Description

HOW THE COMMISSIONING & LICENSING PROCESS WORKS AT DPALLEY ART Art commissions for hospitality settings can seem mysterious at first. Yet, working with Dpalley Art, LLC and artist Diane F Palley turns the unfamiliar into a thoughtful, collaborative process shaped by experience and clear communication. Diane draws on more than four decades of fine art practice and teaching, making her guidance accessible for first-time buyers and design professionals. ◆ INITIAL CONVERSATION & DESIGN DISCOVERY Every project starts with listening. The FREE consultation offers a chance to discuss your property's objectives, aesthetic preferences, timeline, and budget. Whether you bring a mood board or only a loose sense of space, Diane invites honest conversation to clarify goals. ◆ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: VISION TO VISUALS Diane sketches ideas based on your story, local influences, and needs. References, color harmonies, and motifs emerge through this phase. Consultations remain hands-on, with digital mockups and material samples available upon request. Proposals can reference site dimensions, light sources, and foot traffic—ideal for hotel lobby or restaurant wall art. ◆ MATERIALS & METHOD Original artworks are painted in Diane's Surprise, AZ studio and include mixed media panels, watercolors, oil, and acrylic canvases, with coordination around finish, scale, and hanging requirements. Giclee prints and reproductions are available for projects needing multiple installations or consistency across branded spaces. Options include archival giclee on paper or canvas, metal panels, custom sizes, and framing. For multiple locations, licensing helps maintain cohesion while preserving color and texture faithful to the original. ◆ TIMELINE, THEME MATCHING & INSTALLATION Clear deadlines help renovation or opening schedules stay on track. Diane checks palettes against swatches and textiles, with progress photos, material samples, and virtual visualizations helping ensure the artwork complements your space. ◆ FRAMING, SHIPPING & INSTALLATION Choose museum mountings, contemporary float frames, or custom shadowboxes. Dpalley Art offers secure international shipping, plus hardware or installation specifications upon request. Remote installation guidance may also be available. ◆ GUIDANCE AT EVERY STEP From concept through site-ready installation, Diane provides direct guidance to create meaningful, enduring artwork suited to your story and space.
